In order to process an exchange, your items must be unworn & unwashed, and must have the tags still attached. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you’ve received an item that is different from what you ordered (i.e incorrect size or color), or your items arrive defective/damaged, we’ll replace them at no additional charge to you. With the exception of errors in fulfillment, all sales are final.
If items are required to be returned to Vox, they must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your replacement items. If we do not receive the items back, you will be billed for the items and all associated shipping costs.
